Michael, I'm sure you're in a better and peaceful place - far away away from this chaotic world. You were such a lively and bubbly person and each time I rang LWL, I was alomost certain you'd answer the phone and help out as you always did. Even when one walked through the doors at Lighthouse and saw you sat sat reception, it was almost like you lit up the entire place with your bubbly personality. You'll always be remembered.
