I got shocked and sad to learn Micheal had passed as I had just done an advice session at the LHW (CAB)and had been thinking of him.Micheal was the sunshine at the reception and I will always remember his friendly face and how supportive he was to all of us and, our clients and everybody who got in contact with him.
